Business Contact Data Entry Service – Only Available in the Denver Metro Area
Let me tell you the story of a (fictional) client named Harry…
Harry has hundreds of business cards he’s collected over the last several years that he keeps in a shoe box. However, like many people, he hates doing data entry. Plus, he’s already working 50 hours a week, so he never seems to find the time to do the job. As the box gets fuller, he feels guiltier that even though having business contact information is essential, he just wants to avoid this task. He could really use some help!
This is where I come in! I am a bit of an odd duck in that I find data entry soothing. I also double check all my work. Data entry has been a large part of my professional life for over eight years. In addition, I can quickly research which industry your business contacts are in if it isn’t apparent from the card (doing so usually takes me 30 seconds to two minutes).
I typically work in Excel, and I can import the data into several different databases.
For those in the Denver metro area, we can meet and you can give me all your cards. I can only work with cards in English.
It typically takes one to four minutes for me to enter each contact depending on how much information you want—their email address, phone number(s), industry, company name, website, physical address, how you met this person, and notes.
